Reimagining Heritage as a Living Practice
We work with individuals, organisations and communities to reimagine heritage as a living practice through research, documentation, capacity building and creative initiatives.
About Us
Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas in Forbesganj, North Bihar (India), Ajoriya Foundation is a non-profit organisation registered as a Section 8 Company, under the Companies Act, 2013. It works at the intersection of heritage, art, education, archives, and community enterprise. With members and affiliates across India and other parts of the world, we understand culture not as a static inheritance, but as something lived, made, and continually renewed.
